Youtube Site.

I finally got around to putting our movies up. The only thing I was disappointed about was that our music video of Snow's "Informer" had to undergo what youtube calls "an audioswap" because of copyright s***, and you can only use what songs they give you. I picked a terrible song called "Computer Sex," because of course at iTsaKaZoOk, we only go for the crapiest. Enjoy everyone!

Updates.

So here's what going on:

Because I was very ill over winter break, and therefore unable to film, "One Day in Candyland" as result it has been postponed. I promise though, it will happen-hopefully this summer. :D

The youtube site will definitely be (finally) complete soon-I just recently got new editing software, so I have been toying around with new features for the site's content. :D It's been fun.

Long time no see.

Alas, I am back from the dead and back at school for second semester.

My entire break was spent in the big chair in the living room. I couldn't move as my entire body including my oral cavity and other unspeakable orfices were covered in large, blistering, painful, itchy, hot welts. It was gross, I looked like a leper with collagen injections, and I was perfectly miserable. It was without a doubt the sickest I had ever been, and I pray I never get that sick again.

The ER doctors called it Stevens-Johnsons Syndrome. It is a rare, and often fatal disease whose cause is not quite clear yet. There are different strains of it, each one with a different level of severity. I was lucky mine was one of the less severe ones, but had I not been brought into the ER, I probably wouldn't have made it as when the welts flare up, so does the victim's struggle to breath. It's a most frightening, painful experience. I was so scared I teared up a bit, only to discover the disease also affects the eyes, causing them to burn and sting. It caused my feet and hands to swell immensely, making walking painful. Water, regardless of temperature, brought on flare ups making bathing very difficult.
I was put on a slew of powerful drugs and breathing treatments, of which I still have to take.

::sighs::

I'm just thankful it didn't happen at school.

As result of all this, "One Day in Candyland" has been postponed until further notice. Sorry to disappoint.

On a side note, it seems that these days everyone has bad news. Isn't anyone happy anymore? I swear, if someone isn't battling with addiction, someone's getting divorced or someone's terminally ill or someone died. I think lately the most shocking of news is that __'s family is pondering a split up. A damn shame to because they always seemed to get along so well, but then again-so did __'s family. :/

More and more each day I get inspired to make a movie about everyday life in Youngstown and it's surrounding areas.

But I don't know yet. It would take a lot of people...and a lot of permission.

Perhaps, someday though...it is a thought! :P


So I just recently got done writing a 30 page story for Creative Writing class called "The Story of a Penny." It's a about the deterioration and rebirth of the human spirit. I have hopes of someday turning it into a novel, but we'll see...it has a long way to go.

The videos are slowly but surely getting remastered. So far, three are done. :)

You know, a lot of people talk s*** about Youngstown, but you know, it does have its perks, and I for one am not ashamed to say I'm from there. So what it's the ninth most dangerous city in America? It's still a good time if you know where to go, and it's also the second most affordable place to live in America-which hey, let's face it, is a pretty damn good thing to be.

Upcoming Productions.

Within the next month or so, iTsAkAzOoK FiLmZ will be beginning a new project-this one called "One Day in Candyland." It will be based on the board game, and will follow two kids as they travel into the exciting, magical world of Candyland. Currently, the website for iTsAkAzOoK FiLmZ is still under construction, as the films are all in the process of being digitally remastered. There aren't a lot of them, but hey that's alright.
